Which cities do you serve?
We’re headquartered in Jeddah and also serve Riyadh and the Central Region, and Dammam and the Eastern Province. Our Jeddah work includes Jeddah Airport and Saudi German Hospital; in Riyadh, Jadan Al-Forsan. If your project is elsewhere in the Kingdom, message us and we’ll confirm whether we can take it on.
Do you work on private villas or only commercial projects?
Both. For homeowners we deliver glass facades, glass railings, skylights, and aluminum doors and windows; with contractors and developers we work on residential and commercial projects — from handrails for 160 villas at Eyal Sadaym to the aluminum curtain wall at Jeddah Airport.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the system, the size of the job, and the glass and finish you choose. Once the site survey is done and drawings and samples are approved, we agree a fabrication and installation schedule with you — and on larger projects, align it with the main contractor’s program.
Do you offer a warranty and after-sales support?
Yes. Warranty terms are set out for each system in your written quotation before work starts, so you know exactly what’s covered. After handover we stay on hand for adjustments and hardware support — hinges, locks and rollers.
Which skylight types do you offer, and what about heat and glare?
We build barrel-vaulted, flat or sloped, dome and pyramidal skylights, framed in aluminum or steel. Because the Saudi sun is intense, we review glazing options with you on every project — such as double glazing, Low-E glass or polycarbonate panels — to balance daylight against heat and glare.
Are glass railings safe, and what glass do you use?
Each glass railing is specified for where and how it will be used — stairs, balconies or around a pool. We agree the glass type with you, such as tempered or laminated safety glass, together with the right fixing method, in line with the project specification and safety requirements.
Thermal-break or standard windows — what’s the difference? And lift & slide?
Thermal-break profiles separate the inner and outer aluminum with an insulating barrier that reduces heat transfer; standard profiles are simpler and usually more economical. We supply both across KSA to suit your specification and budget, including lift and slide doors on the ALUPCO GOSS system in a non-thermal-break configuration, carrying a single sash of up to 200 kg.
What documentation do you provide for contractors and consultants?
We prepare shop drawings, material submittals and method statements to the project specification and the consultant’s requirements. Company documents — including Commercial Registration, Industrial License and VAT registration — are available for prequalification.
